When we were all much younger, it didn’t take very much to convince us that a day out at the seaside was an excellent option and we had no issues getting into the family car and heading off for the day. The most difficult part for most of us was having to go back home again and many tears were shed as mom and dad called us to get back into the family car because we were making our way back home again. If we have learned anything about the pandemic that we experienced for the past 2 to 3 years, it is the fact that we need to take better care of ourselves and we need to do anything that we can to improve our immune systems. Spending time by the ocean means that you get lots of vitamin D which is essential to good immune health.
